TUBAFLO provides MIG and TIG welding for fabrication, manufacturing, maintenance and repairs throughout Cape Town and the Western Cape. We work with mild steel, galvanised steel and 3CR12, 304 and 316 stainless steel, with the joining approach assessed against the component and its intended use.
MIG & TIG welding
We weld mild steel, galvanised steel, 3CR12, grade 304 and grade 316 stainless steel for manufacturing, maintenance, structural components, frames, trailer work and commercial equipment repairs.
Aluminium welding is not currently offered.
How we approach the work
The team assesses the joint or repair, considers preparation and access, and confirms the proposed scope. Safety-critical or regulated work needs clearly specified acceptance requirements before it can be considered.
What to send for a quotation
Identify the base material, joint location, component dimensions and intended loads or service conditions. For repairs, include photographs of the damage and the surrounding metal. Declare previous repairs, coatings and contamination that could affect preparation.

Which welding processes are offered?
MIG and TIG welding are offered. The suitable process is assessed against material, joint geometry and project requirements. Aluminium welding is not currently offered.
Can you quote a repair from a photo?
Photos can begin the discussion; physical inspection may be required before scope and price can be confirmed.
Do you offer certified welding?
Tell us any required standard, documentation or inspection. Certification is not implied and must be confirmed for the job.
