MANUFACTURING SERVICES / CAPE TOWN
Steel Rolling
Cape Town.
Give steel a different dimension.
YOUR COMPONENT. OUR FOCUS.
Steel Rolling, with the full project in mind.
TUBAFLO provides sheet metal rolling for curved, cylindrical and radius-formed components. Our sheet rolling work supports commercial fabrication, industrial manufacturing and customised metalwork throughout Cape Town and the Western Cape. We specialise in sheet metal rolling; tube and pipe rolling are not offered.
Sheet metal rolling only
Sheet rolling, cylindrical sections, radius forming, curved panels and specialised fabrication assemblies are available. Tube and pipe rolling are not offered.
How we approach the work
Your required curve is reviewed against the material and geometry. The team confirms feasibility, preparation and any joining requirements before manufacturing is arranged.
What to send for a quotation
State material grade and thickness, finished inside or outside diameter, rolled length and quantity. Identify whether you need an open curve or closed cylinder and whether a seam is required. End conditions and dimensional tolerances should be shown on the drawing.

Your questions, answered.
Should I specify radius or diameter?
Either can describe the curve, but clearly identify the reference surface and whether it is an inside or outside measurement.
Can you roll every thickness?
Thickness alone does not establish capacity. Send the material, width and required curve for assessment.
Can rolling and welding be combined?
Include seam and assembly details so both operations can be considered in the same quotation.
