TUBAFLO provides trailer repair, steelwork restoration and fabrication for utility, car and commercial trailers. Larger commercial and truck trailer work may also be undertaken, subject to inspection and technical requirements.
Manufacturing and repair scope
The registered manufacturing capability applies to the approved trailer category. Repairs and fabrication work on larger commercial and truck trailers are assessed separately, subject to inspection and technical requirements.
How we approach the work
The trailer and proposed work are assessed to identify damage, access and technical requirements. Repair suitability, replacement components and the final scope are agreed after inspection.
What to send for a quotation
Send photographs of the whole trailer and damaged areas, trailer details, intended use and the required modification. Explain any previous repairs or known damage.

Can you repair a larger truck trailer?
Larger commercial and truck trailer repairs may be assessed, subject to inspection and technical requirements.
Can you modify the trailer body?
Body modifications and custom replacement metalwork can be discussed against the actual trailer and intended use.
Can you quote without seeing the trailer?
Photographs can begin the enquiry, but inspection may be required to establish the final scope and quotation.
