Maximum mild steel sheet dimensions: 3,000 × 1,500 mm.
Confirmed stainless steel capability: 3,000 × 1,500 mm at 3 mm thickness. Stainless grades: 3CR12, 304 and 316, subject to material specifications and equipment limits.

Sheet rolling, MIG & TIG welding, and custom trailers
From curved sheet metal components to welded steel assemblies, our workshop brings forming, welding and fabrication together for your project.
We manufacture purpose-built trailers in the 750 kg to 3,500 kg range, with dimensions, axle configurations and loading arrangements tailored to the job. Final specifications are confirmed against the approved manufacturing scope. Repairs and modifications for larger commercial and truck trailers are assessed on inspection.
