TUBAFLO provides sheet metal bending and folding using press brake equipment for accurate, made-to-measure components. From folded panels and stainless steel parts to brackets, channels and industrial assemblies, we form material to your drawings and required bend configuration.

We provide bending and folding for panels, enclosures, brackets, channels, trays, commercial kitchen equipment and industrial assemblies.

Capacities depend on material grade, tooling, bend profile and machine configuration.
How we approach the work
The team reviews your drawing, discusses the required profile and confirms whether the proposed bends are suitable. Material preparation, bend sequence and dimensional checks are considered together.
What to send for a quotation
Include the material grade, thickness, overall length, inside bend radius and required angles. Dimension the finished component and identify which dimensions are critical. Bend allowances and tool access affect the final shape; discuss tight returns and closely spaced bends before finalising the design.

Can you bend to my drawing?
Send a dimensioned drawing or clear sketch with angles and quantities so the team can assess it.
What thickness can you bend?
Published press brake lengths are 3,000 mm up to 3 mm thickness, approximately 2,450 mm at 4 mm, and approximately 1,500–2,000 mm at 5–6 mm. Material grade, tooling and bend profile determine the applicable capacity.
Can I supply material?
Tell us its grade, thickness and condition. Material acceptance must be agreed before delivery.
