MANUFACTURING SERVICES / CAPE TOWN
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Cape Town.
From flat sheet to functional metalwork.
YOUR COMPONENT. OUR FOCUS.
Sheet Metal Fabrication, with the full project in mind.
Sheet metal fabrication brings cutting, folding, forming and assembly into one practical manufacturing discussion. TUBAFLO works with customer requirements for custom sheet metalwork in Cape Town, helping clarify how individual parts fit into a finished component.
How we approach the work
The component is reviewed as a complete assembly. Cutting and forming requirements are discussed alongside joining, access and fit, with any finishing requirements agreed separately.
What to send for a quotation
Provide finished dimensions, material specification, quantity and any assembly drawings. Mark holes, openings, joining details and visible surfaces. If a component must fit existing equipment, include the interface dimensions and installation clearances.

Your questions, answered.
Do I need a finished design?
A dimensioned sketch is a useful starting point. Any missing manufacturing details must be resolved before work is agreed.
Can you make a single component?
Send your quantity with the drawing. The workshop will assess the job and quote accordingly.
Is finishing included?
State your required surface condition or finish in the enquiry so its scope can be confirmed.
